HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please let us within 24 hours of a cancellation, if not you'll have to wait until your product arrive and ship it back to us! We will make sure to respond as soon as possible at support@theprimebros.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

This situation may happen if you live outside of the United States. When shipping to customers outside of the United States we are often required to include customs costs and/or a shipment invoice in your package. The pricing details vary depending on where you live!
